Whether you're planning a private event, hosting a workshop, organizing a photo shoot, or looking to collaborate as a vendor or author, we offer curated ways to use our space in a way that feels warm, intentional, and community-centered.

All rentals and partnerships begin with an inquiry form below. Dates are confirmed only after approval and deposit.

Rent the Space

Photography Rental

Perfect for branding sessions, engagement photos, headshots, or content days. After-hours only — the bookstore will be closed to the public during your rental.

Includes:

  • Private access to the bookstore

  • Use of furniture + displays

  • On-site staff member

  • WiFi + restroom access

Capacity: Up to 5 guests
Rate: $125/hour (2-hour minimum)
Deposit: 50% non-refundable retainer required to reserve

Reserved Lounge

During Open Store Hours

Reserve our couch seating area while the store remains open to the public.

Please note: This reserves the lounge area only, not the full store.

Capacity: 8–10 guests
Rate: $75/hour (2-hour max)
Full payment required at booking.

Private Event Rental

Host your book club, workshop, crafting night, celebration, or curated gathering in a fully private bookstore setting. After-hours only — the bookstore will be closed to the public during your event.

Includes:

  • Exclusive use of store

  • Seating + table setup

  • On-site staff member

  • WiFi + restroom access

Capacity: Up to 20 guests
Rate: $175/hour (2-hour minimum)
Deposit: 50% non-refundable retainer require

Private Room

During Open Store Hours

Reserve a full room during business hours. The room will be closed off to shoppers for your event.

Capacity: 10–12 guests
Rate: $200 for 1 hour
Full payment required at booking.

Due to retail disruption, this option is limited to one hour.

We love partnering with local creators and authors! Whether you’re hosting a book signing, a pop-up, or joining one of our events as a vendor, we’re excited to collaborate, promote your work, and share the Booklegger space with our community.

    Bring Booklegger to you: Hosting your own event? We’d be happy to co-host, set up a pop-up booth, or collaborate on shared marketing to make it a success.

  • We love supporting local and independent authors! Host your own book signing, reading, or themed literary event at Booklegger Club. While we don’t carry inventory on consignment, you’re welcome to bring your books, and we’ll promote your event alongside you through our in-store and online channels. All author events operate on a simple flat-fee basis, making it easy to reserve your spot and share your work with our community.
