Do you accept Credit Cards? What other ways can I pay?

We’re happy to take cards but for purchases under $5, cash is appreciated. It helps us cut down on fees and keep things running smoothly. We do not accept checks.

Where do I find your prices?

Prices will typically be in the top righthand corner of the first page. Mass Market Paperbacks are $3 each, unless specified otherwise. If you cannot find a price on a book, always feel free to ask us!

Do you take donations?

We also accept book donations and sincerely appreciate your generosity. To help us manage space and processing time, we kindly ask that donations be limited to no more than 5 boxes per visit.

How does your Trade Policy Work?

We evaluate each book based on its condition, our current demand, and our shelf inventory, so that we can maintain a high-quality, appealing selection for all our readers. We offer 25% of our resale price in store credit. Read our full policy here.

What condition do books need to be in to trade them?

To maintain a high-quality selection for our readers, we kindly ask that all books brought in for trade be in gently used, clean condition. We cannot accept books with water damage, mold, strong odors (including smoke or pet smells), excessive wear, rips, stains, or missing pages. If you're unsure about a particular title, feel free to ask us!

Can I bring in DVDs, CDs, or video games for trade?

Absolutely! We do ask that all discs must be unscratched and in working condition and board and card games must include all original pieces

What can I use my store credit on?

Anything in the store unless specified otherwise.

Can I order online?

We don’t offer online ordering—you can only browse our shelves in person. With new books arriving daily, every visit is a little different. If you're ever in Huntsville, come see what you find!

How do I find a specific used book? Do you have an inventory?

We don’t keep a full inventory, after 40+ years and thousands of books, it’s more like a treasure hunt! But feel free to call us and we’ll gladly check the shelves for you.
