The beer gardens and tents at Oktoberfest are controlled by the "Beer Mafia", the only six companies liscensed to do business in Munich. They are, (clockwise from left) Hofbrau, Paulaner Brau, Augustiner Brau, Spatenbrau, Hacker-Pschorr Brau, and perhaps the only one you've ever tasted, Lowenbrau.
