About Us
In the beginning there was City Toyota. I (Topher) was working for Dave and Jim, setting up a piece of the dealership computer system called ADP. Kim was the sales manager for ADP selling this "value-oriented" system. As soon as I looked in her big brown eyes, it was all over; I was sold. I bought the computers, too.

Our first "date" was when Kim took me on her President's Club trip to Hawaii for a week. In Hawaii, we discovered we both shared a passion for adventure and travel. A year later, we returned to where it all began, and were married August 24th, 2002 in the Lanakila Church in Keanae village, Maui.

For our honeymoon, we decided to go around the world and back again - A fantasy honeymoon to go with our fairy-tale wedding. We took off in our little red convertible, towing a tiny trailer for our camping gear, and did the Great American Road Trip. 16,000 miles and five months later, we knew our home country a little better.

Our first international leg was South America. We spent two months exploring Argentina, Brazil, Peru and the Galapagos Archipelago. South America proved magical, and as we traded dollars for memories, we learned why some days stay with you for a lifetime.

After a short trip home to California, we were off again, traveling to China during the height of the SARS crisis. It proved to be an amazing experience. We then took the trans-Siberian train across Asia, going to Mongolia and Eastern Russia, ending our journey in Moscow. From there, we hopped to London, and explored the British Isles and Ireland.

By this time, we were worn-out and it was getting to be Summer in Europe, which is too hot, too crowded, and most importantly too expensive for us, so we came home until the weather and the prices cooled off.

This Fall (2003), we ventured to Canada and Europe again, with stops in Paris, Prague, Munich, Italy, Malta, Greece, and Egypt, finishing off with a Safari in Kenya before we came home for Christmas. One thing's for sure. We have been blessed by God wth a charmed life these past two years. We have so much to be thankful for this year.

This site is a celebration of adventure and our gift to our family and friends. We hope you enjoy it!
